Stress, anxiety, and negative thought patterns can hold you back from reaching your full potential, while a healthy mindset can help unlock new opportunities. My goal is to work collaboratively with you to develop solutions that fit your unique needs. Unlike traditional therapy, where the therapist remains a blank slate, I take an active, engaged approach with a focus on solutions. Together, we will examine your present challenges and create a roadmap for a successful future.
My practice is a boutique practice that specializes in working with college students and emergent adults (age 18 to 30) using a unique concierge therapy approach. Concierge therapy is an exclusive service that is only offered to a limited number of clients at a time; this allows me to work deeply with each client, while allowing them access to next level care with numerous perks that traditional therapy does not afford. Clients can opt for in-person or teletherapy, allowing you to remain in the comfort of your own home while becoming the best you that you can be.
Your first session is free. Cash, check, credit, HSA, Venmo, and Zelle are accepted for future sessions. If requested, I will provide you with a bill and submit your claim to your insurance provider.
Although I am happy to work with you to receive reimbursement, insurance companies require certain diagnoses in order to authorize treatment and they have access to your therapeutic records. Bypassing health insurance keeps our work especially private and confidential.

Testimonials
“I had a really difficult time after graduation, moving to Charlottesville and joining the workforce. Luckily a co-worker referred me to Mark. He helped ease my transition so much, having a nice, friendly person to talk to. I’ve had other therapists in the past but not like Mark. He’s the best in my book.”
“Our daughter was so homesick her first semester that she wanted to drop out. We were lucky to have found Mark! She finished her first year at UVA and is looking forward to coming back. Mark was so patient with us as a family. We did a few family sessions and he was always happy to return my phone calls to reassure me. He’s our hero!”
“Mark was the only person who could stop me from binging. I had tried so many counselors, and even went in-patient for a period of time. Nothing until I found Mark. Just wanted everyone to know how amazing he is!”
“My son is on the spectrum. I was worried about him starting college so we hired Dr. DeNoble. My son has never been so happy. He’s comfortable, more social, and doing well in his studies. DeNoble is a gem!”
